Our Brethren Denomination:
- Is one of the older denominations, beginning in Germany in 1708.
- Believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and the Savior of Mankind and accepts Him and Lord and Master.
- Hold the New Testament as her creed and guidebook for living.
- Believes in the observance of the ordinances as taught by Our Lord in the New Testament. Among these are baptism, feet-washing, the Love Feast, Communion, and the anointing services.
- Holds to the principle of no fore in the religion - a free act of faith on the part of the individual.
- Emphasizes peace and reconciliation, believing in the power of Christian love as the way to peace and brotherhood.
- Sponsors six accredited Christian Colleges and a Theological Seminary.
- Is engaged in mission and service work around the world with over 1,000 congregations.
- Emphasizes love in action by helping others.
